Monday - Chicken Cacciatore, salad, bread
Tuesday - Golden Pork Chops, rice, corn (pork - season boneless pork chops with salt & pepper, dip in 1 beaten egg, coat with cracker crumbs, brown in olive oil. When golden add 2 cups milk (almost enough to cover meat, place in oven preheated to 350. Bake 45-60 min. until milk is almost cooked away, spoon juices over meat.)
Wednesday - Mexican Stuffed Shells, black beans, refried beans
Thursday- Ranch chicken fingers, egg noodles, beans
Friday - homemade mac n cheese, stewed tomatoes, peas
Saturday - cheese burgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, chips
